Color Levels:
Based on a traffic light:
Green- GO: Quiet, well trained and easy for beginner handlers.
Yellow- Caution: A little more spunk, working on skill set, requires a more confident, experienced handler.
Red- STOP: not comfortable with people or has little to no skill set. Requires advanced handler.
